    Role Overview

    The Regional Sales Manager will be a key player in managing and expanding a portfolio of high-profile existing accounts, while also identifying and maximizing new business opportunities. Your main focus will be driving sales growth and enhancing brand visibility across London. As a sales-driven communicator, you'll foster relationships that are vital for achieving forecasted growth and customer satisfaction. You will also be responsible for delivering high-end food solutions from the company’s purpose-built production kitchen and warehouse.

    Key Responsibilities Include:

    • Maximizing commercial opportunities with existing and new customers
    • Identifying and developing strategic plans based on data analysis
    • Providing excellent customer services while ensuring commercial well-being
    • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet company objectives
    • Preparing and presenting business proposals and conducting customer meetings

    Candidate Requirements:

    • Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in B2B food service
    • Strong IT skills and the ability to manage customer relationships
    • Proven track record of managing tight timeframes and collaborative projects
    • Ability to engage and influence various departments towards common goals
    • Previous chef experience is a plus

    This role offers a competitive salary of £50k basic, plus a bonus, car allowance, and excellent benefits.
