The role
As the successful National Account Controller you will be expected to build effective relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to deliver profitable growth within your channel. The channel will include Top 4 Grocery and High street. Leadership is vital as you will be managing and leading a team of direct reports (NAMs / SNAMs).
The ideal fit
- Operated successfully within a Sales Leadership role / SNAM with direct reports.
- Have a relentless and resilient mindset.
- Must have passion to own the full P&L and drive the business as your own business!
- Ability to positively influence decision makers.
- Recognised for developing collaborative relationships
- Be degree educated or equivalent
