We’re looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Manufacturing Team in a development role designed to build the skills, knowledge and confidence needed to progress into a Shift Manager position.
You’ll gain hands-on leadership experience, support day-to-day production and cover for the Shift Manager when required, helping your team deliver safe, high-quality desserts efficiently and within budget.
What you’ll be responsible for:

Promoting a strong food safety culture and ensuring compliance with Health & Safety procedures.

Ensuring team members have the right training, skills and knowledge to succeed.

Driving production line performance across safety, quality, cost and output.

Using performance data to identify opportunities for improvement.

Supporting employee welfare and building a positive, friendly and respectful team culture.
What we’re looking for:

At least 2 years’ experience in the FMCG food industry.

Good knowledge of food manufacturing processes, food safety and Health & Safety legislation.

Strong people skills and the ability to build positive working relationships.

Excellent communication skills, with a good standard of written and spoken English.

Confidence interpreting data and using it to improve performance.

A proactive, team-focused approach and a genuine ambition to develop into a leadership role.
