Head of IT Services & Change Projects - IMMEDIATE START - 6 MONTH FTC
A respected professional services organisation is seeking a highly skilled Head of IT Service & Change to lead the delivery of internal IT services while driving key technology transformation projects. This role offers the chance to shape the organisation’s IT landscape, balancing operational excellence with change delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and optimise the IT Service function to ensure reliability, efficiency, and user satisfaction.
- Develop, shape and lead a high performing team of 12+.
- Oversee IT projects and change initiatives from planning through to delivery and business adoption.
- Drive continuous improvement across service performance, incident management, and change processes.
- Collaborate with business leaders to align IT priorities with organisational goals.
- Manage supplier relationships to deliver value and agreed service levels.
- Provide leadership and direction to IT service and change teams.
- Ensure governance, compliance, and adherence to best practice frameworks.
- Report on service performance, project progress, and change impacts.
- Bring fresh and innovative ideas in AI, with a strong desire to support its growth.

Location: North West England, Hybrid (3 days on-site)
Salary: Up to £90,000 (pro-rata) + benefits
