What You’ll Be Doing
Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you’ll be part of a close-knit team that keeps the factory running like clockwork. You’ll take on a mix of mechanical and electrical work, from tackling breakdowns to planning proactive maintenance and driving improvement projects.
Shift pattern: Day and Night shift positions available!
Your day-to-day will include:

Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) with a proactive approach.

Quickly and efficiently repairing machinery to keep production on track.

Contributing to continuous improvement and engineering KPI goals.

Taking ownership of your time and projects to reduce downtime.

Getting involved in site and equipment upgrades to make a real difference.
What We’re Looking For

At least 3 years’ hands-on engineering experience.

A practical, can-do attitude — this isn’t a desk job!

Multi-skilled background with a recognised qualification (ONC, NVQ Level 3 or higher) in electrical or mechanical engineering, or a completed apprenticeship.
