About the Role
As a Permanent Category Manager, you will be the pivotal force behind the local doughnuts and ISB category, shaping its strategy based on central plans and local market insights. Your key responsibilities include analysing market data, developing innovative category plans, and executing customer activations that connect the brand with shoppers effectively. You'll work closely with channel marketers and cross-functional teams to translate strategy into impactful actions, providing insights through regular performance monitoring and competitor analysis. Your creativity and strategic thinking will ensure the delivery of strong growth and brand presence in the local market.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (minimum 2:1)
- At least 1 year experience in Food Marketing, Category Management, or relevant sales role
- Proficiency with data tools such as Nielsen, GFK, IRI, Kantar
- Strong business acumen with a customer-centric approach
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Organised, adaptable, and proactive in embracing change
- Fluent in English; additional language skills preferred
