With over 40 years of experience and a reputation built on innovation, reliability, and long-term customer partnerships, we are proud to be partnering with one of the UK's leading providers of integrated catering equipment and building services solutions. Operating nationally through a portfolio of specialist brands, the business supports customers throughout the entire asset lifecycle, from design and installation through to maintenance, optimisation, and ongoing support.
This is a business with ambitious growth plans, a people-first culture, and a genuine commitment to innovation. They have built an excellent reputation across healthcare, hospitality and leisure, and are now seeking a commercially driven Business Development Manager to help accelerate growth into new sectors and unlock fresh opportunities.
The role
As the successful Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities across a range of commercial sectors.
This is a genuine hunter role, focused on opening doors, engaging decision-makers, and creating long-term commercial relationships. Working closely with the wider commercial team, you will build a strong pipeline of opportunities, secure high-quality meetings, and support the continued expansion of the business.
The role centres around promoting long-term service partnerships and maintenance solutions, positioning the business as a trusted catering equipment support provider rather than simply an equipment supplier.
With ambitious plans for growth, particularly within the education sector, this is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping the future success of a highly respected business.
