    Brand Manager - Beverage

    Are you ready to take ownership of some amazing beverage brands? We’re looking for a driven, commercially minded Brand Manager to lead the growth of our dynamic beverage portfolio.

    What You’ll Do

    You’ll be responsible for delivering and exceeding brand growth targets in line with our strategic plans—both short and long term. Key responsibilities include:

    Brand Strategy & Execution

    • Develop and execute annual brand plans and long-term brand strategies
    • Ensure all marketing and advertising activities align with global brand guidelines
    • Lead brand performance measurement, reporting on ROI, KPIs, market share, and consumer insights

    Innovation & NPD

    • Own and deliver NPD projects from concept to launch, including pricing and growth strategies
    • Coordinate cross-functional project teams and ensure timely launch execution
    • Monitor and improve forecast accuracy

    Market & Performance Insights

    • Track market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor activity to identify opportunities
    • Produce monthly brand performance reports, quarterly brand reviews, and promotional evaluations

    Commercial & Cross-Functional Leadership

    • Manage brand budgets and performance against annual targets
    • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, Export, Category Management, NPD, Supply Chain, Finance, and external agencies
    • Lead cost-saving and margin improvement initiatives

    What Success Looks Like

    • Delivery of annual brand plans and achievement of key metrics
    • Successful and timely execution of NPD projects
    • Growth in market share, consumer awareness, and brand equity

    What You’ll Bring

    • A degree in Marketing or Business (or equivalent experience)
    • Strong experience in Brand Management within FMCG, ideally food & drink
    • Strong analytical ability and experience with consumer, market, and performance data
    • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
    • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and make informed decisions
    • High energy, strong organisation, and proficiency across Microsoft Office
    • Experience of the full NPD lifecycle

    Working Environment

    This is a full-time role (9am–5pm), with the expectation of occasional travel to customers, trade shows, and agencies, as well as working outside core hours when needed.
